Beet Kvass Pickled Eggs

Beet Kvass Pickled Eggs

đŸ€© This is one of my kids favourite recipes. Beet Kvass pickled eggs are incredibly easy to make and are infused with live cultures from the Kvass.

They are delicious eaten whole, or sliced on salads or toast. What a colour!

Ingredients

Eggs (as many as would fit into your jar of choice)
Clover Ferments Beet Kvass

Method

  1. Hard boil your eggs and allow them to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and pop them into a jar.
  3. Cover completely with the Beet Kvass and place into the fridge for 2 days.

It's as simple as that!
