Returns & Refunds Policy

As our products are consumable, they aren’t able to be returned.

We do everything we can to ensure your wonderful tonics arrive in great condition and are ready to be enjoyed. If this is not the case, please contact us at hello@cloverferments.co.nz. If possible include an image of the damage, and we’ll do our very best to help.

If there has been an error in charging your account, please contact us immediately. It can take up to 72 hours for a refund to be processed back onto the card used for payment.

We include a return courier label so you are able to return our bottles and packaging so we can reuse them.
