Key Shipping Information

All orders are processed and dispatched on a Tuesday, the cut off time for orders is Tuesday midday of that week. Orders are processed and shipped out of Auckland.

Domestic shipping (exc. Rural Delivery) should be expected in 1 - 2 business days after shipping.

We take all precautions to ensure your Clover Ferments arrive in good condition at their destination.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your final shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

Rural Delivery 

Rural delivery takes an extra 1-3 business days.

During usual business (e.g. outside of the Christmas delivery period) once your order has been shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:

Tracking your order

If you haven’t received your order within 2 business days of the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@cloverferments.co.nz with your name, and we will look into it for you.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

We unfortunately cannot accept returns, due to the consumable nature of our delicious products.

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch as soon as possible – we’ll do our best to catch it in time. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we may be unable to cancel its delivery and organise a refund.
