2 tablespoons of gelatin
1 cup of fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons Clover Ferments Turmeric Kvass
Recipe
- First bloom 2 tablespoons of gelatin in 4 tablespoons of water.
- Lightly heat 1 cup of orange juice and 1 teaspoon of honey in a pan and then add the bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Take off the heat and after a few minutes, and add 2 tablespoons of Turmeric Kvass.
- Pour into molds and place in the fridge until set.
