I have had to take everything very slowly. I am on my 13 day of the tonics and am still on the first 3 bottles.
Beetroot is my favourite - i have it every morning and evening - and sometimes as a treat with soda water and lemon, mint and lots of ice late afternoon

I have been fermenting for a while but find I get mixed and inconsistent results. When I bought the Clover Ferments I was in the middle of moving house and it was a perfect solution. I didn’t expect to Love it as much as I did. I love the salty sweet taste which is the first hurdle to anything new, however, I never expected my body’s response. I have had a lifetime of chronic irritable bowel and diverticulitis. All of which as settled into an almost non existent state since I started taking it. The only difficulty I find is traveling and the glass bottle is difficult to manage. Recently I forgot to grab mine out of the fridge before I left home and things went back to typical IBSymptoms. Hopefully Clover Ferments will come up with an ideal travel container that is not glass? I can’t wait to get home and into it again. Love the product. Thank you Clover Ferments ♥️
I was advised by my hormone coach to do the gut reset with Clover ferments. I couldn't be happier with the results. I would like to start by saying that I loved the taste of all of them :)
Unfortunately, it was extremely hard to add it to my toddlers food, smoothies… without him noticing and not taking it. I tried many different ways and different combinations.
My husband ended up taking it instead as he has bad eczema in his hands. We isolated gluten, dairy and sugar abs he took it for four weeks. Unfortunately we didn’t see any results.
Yummy flavours, of both Beet Kravss and Blend. Maybe too soon to see if its had any real effects after just 1 bottle of each.
Great product but the thing I really liked was the support around how to take it and the expected effects.

This product was recommended to me by a friend. As my son had had Pneumonia 10x before he was 2 and a half. I could find nothing to support him and get his gut health back in track. This product has given him his life back. Now if he gets sick it's extremely mild and no pnemonia. His cradle cap has disappeared and his skin has cleanered up on his body. That just him I now don't get sick as often and have tones of energy. No more bloating and hardly carve suger. If your in the fence get off and give it a go. What the worst that can happen?
I like that I had a variety of fermented products to take as I felt (or remembered). My issue is that I forget to take them regularly enough. I am considering buying the bundle again though. It is so easy to incorporate in to my life.

The product is great...but it is the customer service that I would like to acknowledge. I did not realise that I had made an error when ordering. I was looked after and refunded in a pleasant and helpful way. I am really impressed.
I have been suffering from psoriasis for the last 13 years, and my skin had flared up again.
And my skin was looking tired and puffy from starting psoriatic arthritis medication (which contains an antibiotic). Wow!… for anyone who has gut health issues continue reading. Clover ferments are liquid gold, and an absolute must for your daily routine. I’d tried many things to fix my gut health issues , which included
1-Acid reflux
2- inflammation
3- bloating

I wasn't going to buy the beaker, but it has proved to be invaluable. It's sturdy and makes measuring out the ferments easy, particularly as you are changing the quantity you are taking, as you build up your dose.
This beaker has made both measuring and consuming the tonics an absolute breeze! We have loved using it.
