Sweet, chewy, and packed with goodness 🍓☀️

These homemade leathers are a fun, naturally sweet snack your kids will love (and you’ll feel good about). No nasties, just real ingredients and vibrant colour straight from nature 💜

Perfect for lunchboxes, after-school snacks, or a little on-the-go treat 🚗

Ingredients:

Beet and Berry:
2 cups of fresh or frozen (and defrosted) berries
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Clover Ferments Beet Kvass
1-2 tbsp honey (optional)
Pear and Mango:
1 cup fresh or frozen mango
1 cup chopped pears (1-2 depending on size)
2 tbsp Clover Ferments Turmeric Kvass
1-2 tbsp honey (optional)
Simply blend everything together and pour onto a lined baking tray (try and get it nice and thin).

Pop into the oven at between 50 and 70 degrees celsius (depending on your oven and how hot it runs) and dehydrate for 5 - 8 hours. Check periodically until the leather is your desired texture.

Leave to cool, slice and roll up!
