Clover Ferments Sangria

This gut loving, vibrant and delicious virgin sangria will be a hit at any Christmas event 🍷

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup Beet Kvass 
  • 1/2 cup Turmeric Kvass
  • 1-2 cups apple juice
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • Handful of mint, torn

Method

  1. Add everything to a 3L jug and mix well. 
  2. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
