Homemade Mayo, Clover Style đź’›

Turmeric Kvass Olive Oil Mayo ✨

This mayo only takes 5 minutes to make and it’s packed with ingredients your body recognises!

Ingredients:


• 1 free range egg yolk
• 1 cup extra virgin (or light) olive oil
• 1–2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp Clover Turmeric Kvass
• ½ tsp sea salt
• Cracked black pepper to taste

 

Method:

Add everything into a tall jar or vessel.

Place a stick blender at the bottom and blend without moving for a few seconds until the mayo starts to emulsify.

Slowly lift the blender upwards as it thickens until creamy and combined.

Store in the fridge and use within 4–5 days 🤍
